This client has been providing and supporting discrete and hosted network IT infrastructures for over 10 years.
The clients required approximately £120,000 for the purchase of IT hardware and software in order to fulfil new contracts.
The client's bank was unable to provide the full finance required.
The new client contracts had been signed but these were reliant on the new equipment being available
Time pressures were very tight. With this in mind WS & Co made an offer to the clients on the same day as their initial meeting taking place.
The offer was to fund equipment valued at £41,500. The clients agreed to lease this equipment from WS & Co for a minimum of 36 months.
By combining this with the funding the bank were prepared to offer, the clients were able to proceed with buying the equipment they needed to fulfil their new contracts
Documents were signed by the clients with full payment for the equipment being made a few days later.
WS & Co's ability to make decisions and act swiftly enabled these clients to use their equipment within the timescales they needed to meet. They could fulfil their client's contract and allow their business to expand.
The clients are now in further discussions with WS & Co which look likely to result in another rental agreement for equipment. This will allow them to take on more client contracts and expand their business further in line with the plans they have made.
